We all know that location is key in current property market. So tell us if Waterfront Gold is on a good location.

James reply:
Waterfront Gold is strategically located with excellent waterfront view of the reservoir.
Reservoir view is very sort-after. Just recall the launch of Estuary in the first quarter of this year - also with a reservoir view, Estuary was sold out within a month or so of its launch.

Do you think Bedok Reservoir is not well-served by the public transport system?

James reply:
Most definitely not. With Pan Island Expressway (PIE)just right at the corner, it is
- Well connected to other parts of the Island via PIE (BedokNorth Ave 3)
- Accessible to Changi International Airport, amenities and recreational activities

Furthermore,
There is an Upcoming Eastern Region MRT (Downtown Line 3)
- Downtown Line will be 19.1km long
- Consists of 15 stations
- From Chinatown to Expo
(Passing through Jalan Besar area and eastwards to parts of Bedok, Tampines and Expo)
- Targeting to complete by 2016

This prospect also gives rise to potential capital appreciation.
